2022

The Idea Is Born

Frustrated by the lack of a dedicated space for Sri Lankans in Italy, our founder begins building a vision: one platform to unite the entire community.

2023

Vishwalokaya Launches

Our YouTube initiative, Vishwalokaya, begins telling the stories of Sri Lankans in Italy — building momentum and community before the platform even launched.

2024

Italy Lions Platform Launches

The Italy Lions website and community directory goes live. Within months, hundreds of businesses and thousands of community members join the platform.

2025

App Development Begins

With a growing community behind us, we begin building the Italy Lions mobile app — bringing everything together in one seamless experience.
